Chick Peas (38%), Onions (38%), White, Raw, Water, Peanut Oil (Peanuts),Coriander Leaf, Fennel Seeds, Ginger, Salt, Curry Leaves, Mint, Green Chilli, Asafoetida (Gluten Free), Red Chilli, Cumin Seeds.

Heating Instructions

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Not suitable for microwave. Ensure that the fritters are piping hot and heated through. Suggested timings below are guidance only.

Oven: Heat from Frozen:
Electric: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6.

Preheat oven. Remove the Paruppu Vadai from the pack. Place on a baking tray on top of oven and heat for 14-16 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time.

Air Fry from Frozen
Remove Paruppu Vadai from packaging and heat Paruppu Vadai in air fryer at 180 degrees for about 9-11 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time.

Deep Fry From Frozen
Remove Paruppu Vadai from packaging. Deep fry in hot oil in medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes.

APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST TIMING ACCORDINGLY. DO NOT OVERHEAT.
